Halo I am waiting now for a month for a claim to be paid out by old mutual I gave in all the documents on the 25th of June and the told me 10working days and nothing yet they don't give you feedback or call nothing how long do they want to take more I feel its not good service from them I phoned more then once know and every time its more days when wil they finalise this
