I'm very upset

I'm very upset. I recently posted a good review but that was before I realized how unhelpful they were going to be. I'm unemployed. I won this competition with them. I was so happy only to find out that I can't use my points because I don't have a bank account. They stated that the points would be loaded into old mutual account and I'd be able to use from there. I've tried explaining to them I don't own any property or have any accounts currently and reside with my husband. My previous address is my dad's. I'm now put under stress trying to open a bank account just to sort this out because apparently they can't accept the fact that I live with my husband??
