I'm sick and tired of Old Mutual

On the 7th June 2021 I've cancelled my investment, till today I didn't received my money. On the 19th of June,I visited Old Mutual branch at UMlazi Megacity ,07th July at Megacity, 30th July at PortShepstone branch to find out what happened , they promised to give me the feedback after few days. On the 03rd September 2021 I've phoned to call centre ***, they promised to give me the feedback after 2working days. I'm still awaiting for them. . On the 10th of September I've visited Umnyandu branch,no feedback as well as my money in my account. Please help, I'm sick and tired of Old Mutual.
