I'm not happy with the service I got at one of their branches...I went there to claim for my mom of which she passed away last month neither did the consultant bother to explain to us or even failed to help ours know how much was her funeral plan payout worth?we went to another branch they also failed telling us to call customer service of which we couldn't get help also
