I'm getting gatvol of old mutuals nonsense

I still don't have my money,,,if you can't handle such a simple why don't you tell me and I move my money because this is nonsense really,,, I put my money there thinking you offer a better service but noooo,,,it's been a struggle to get anything done from your side,, what the hell do you think I'm supposed to eat? I'm a pensioner and I don't get a salary so this is no supplimantry salary
