I'm extremely ****ed off with old mutual and them no wanting to pay out what people are entitled to

I'm really frustrated with the legal team of old mutual, I Was married in community of property I got divorced the magistrate has ordered that the joint estate should be divided I tried to make a claim to the provident fund knowing that I'm legally entitled to it also after confirming at the court old mutual 's legal team gives an agent feedback that I'm not entitled to any money of my ex's because we are not legally binding even though I gave them a stamped divorce decree ,I'm frustrated anything old mutual does just to not pay out people what they are entitled to.
