I'm Extremely disappointed with Old Mutual
I'm extremely disappointed with Old Mutual. Despite reporting an unauthorized policy and deductions to their branches at Galleria Mall and Greenacres Mall, the issue remains unresolved. I've filled out forms and followed up, but the deductions continue. As an educator, this has affected my salary and caused significant inconvenience. I expect better service and resolution from a reputable company like Old Mutual.
