Illogical processes

I recently called to change my debit order date for a personal loan because I got a new. Was I not shocked that they need me to provide proof of new employment. For what though coz it’s not like I’m asking for a new loan, the money was paid into my account and already used. The fact that I’m calling to change dates mean I want to pay on a day I will have money to pay.
