Old mutual has been deducting premiums from my salary slip since July 2015 and all attempts to cancel this deductions has resulted null and void,I have now received my salary slip for February and now I have another deduction from old mutual again,both covers were taken without my authorization and permission.....premiums are R207.00 both<br> <br> Please help me
