On the 5th May I emailed a signed letter of instruction to the Old Mutual Service Centre and it was acknowledged. The instruction was to cancel the automatic premium increase on my retirement annuity. Today, when I check my bank account, I see the increase was NOT cancelled. So now what? Does the client matter at Old Mutual... clearly not.

Best regards,
Thanks for resolving the issue. Just unfortunate that it happened in the first place.
