They dont even deserve the one star, guys STAY AWAY FROM OLD MUTUAL PRODUCTS, they the most pathetic financial service company ever, my dad passed away on the 3rd of July more than a month later, am still going back and forth with them, today I had to deal with one of their arrogant consultants named Ridwaan Carstens or whatever his name is STAY AWAY, CANCEL AND MOVE YOUR POLICIES, ANNUITIES, INVESTMENTS WHATEVER IT IS YOU HAVE WITH THEM, trust me you don't wanna go through all this BS with these people come claim time.
