idiots paid money into an account i did not give them

To whom it may concern

I am highly upset and dissappointed apart from the services I recieved while trying to process my claim and withdraw my money. You guys go and put my money in an account I did not give mention or say I'm not sure who and how authority and account number to send that money.

You guys calls are recorded as mentioned I gave account number and tax number for funds to be sent to you guys sent funds to am account I do not use for obvious reasons only God know who the hell authorized you guys to do so.

Debit orders and personal stuff went off I am not happy I am angry I want who ever is in charge to call me I will expose old mutual on social media put u guys on hello Peter in the papers and get my family lawyer involved this is bull **** if I may say who on earth gave you those account details.

I want my money and I want it where I said it must be put we in a pandemic here people are suffering job loss etc and you idiots do not do your jobs properly
