Identity ***** not attended to

On the 8th of February, someone attempted to take a loan at Old Mutual Finance (Nelspruit Riverside branch) using my ID number. I contacted Old Mutual Finance so that I can get more details on this application but was told they will investigate on their side.

With so much identity ***** taking place in South Africa I'd expect a financial institution like OM to treat this with urgency. I need to open a ***** case and flag my ID on the bureaus. But I can only do this if I get more details from OM.
