Iam very much disapp...

Iam very much disappointed about old mutual, I went to their ATM machine on the 1st of July to withdraw cash,I did withdraw 1400 ,the money went off my account I even got a notification on my phone that the money is out ,bt I couldn't get the cash from the ATM, I went inside the branch to lay a complain,they gave me a form to fill in ,they told me they will give me a feedback ,until I went back to them today they said to me iam nt going to get my money since while the ATM shows that I got the money, they told me that if still iam nt satisfied they will still investigate ,I was not even the only client complaining, they were lots of customers who were complaining about this matter, so pls can you help me get my money cause I really need that money for transport, I've worked very hard for that money ,pls help
