I would like to write a review about Old Mutual In October 2024 I app**** for a two pot claim,I was so disappointed with the service calling in everyday for a follow but no feedback secondly I was transferred to Toueda she assisted but there was no way she could speed the process.So I have decided to send a email to the Old Mutual complaints department and a lady Carmen Le Rox assisted me.She was always on prompt with he emails and giving me feedback as to were my claim was.Thank you so much for the time and effort put into this claim.
