I would like to write a review about Old Mutual, I don't know who and when did I give authorization to just change my debit order date. Firstly I said the debit order should go on the 27th but no it goes off on the 25th and always bounces back that causing me to pay charges of which it's not fair to me. Today the debit order off again 🥹🥹 whereas yesterday I received a notification from my bank stating that a debit order date has changed 😭😭😭😭to my surprise it's changed for the 24th. Honestly I'm unhappy with the service I'm getting from Old Mutual and I wouldn't recommend them to any person
