I would like to write a review about Old Mutual. 0 Stars. I have been trying to obtain my payout from OM since the beginning of May 2024. They tell me that they encountered a problem in that Discovery refused the transfer of funds. Discovery claims they never knew about a transfer. Bottom line, I don't have my money! And these two financial giants, who we trust with our pensions, sit and blame each other and take massive commissions for mis-administration. In the meantime, Yolandi Alexander, a 'multi-skilled service consultant' tries to placate me with a useless piece of information, simply providing me with an indicative tax amount. Really!?
