I would like to write a review about Old Mutual about ghost policies. I have a policy with Old Mutual but then another policy was opened for me. I realised this in May after watching a tiktok video about skeleton funeral policies opened by OM sales persons. I then decided to check my payslip. Afternoon the discovery I contacted Old Mutual and they said that they will open a ***** case but before that I should fill out some paperwork which i did and sent back that was in May. Until today they have not contacted me on how the investigation is going. They are still deducting
