I would like to write a review about Old Mutual. I have a funeral policy and it has a cash back rewards I received the sms that says I getting a cash back in June. And when I called the agent said two weeks or month end. That came and went. And at first they told me no need to send banking information cause we have it. Then when I asked what the delay was this time another agent said I must send banking details and will send me an email and the email never came. And now when trying to contact no answer and automatic reply on email.
