I would like to share my experience with you regarding Old Mutual. When I experienced difficulties, Jenelese Jacobs assisted me in the most friendly and professional way. Nothing was too much of an effort and she was very knowledgeable. I would like to commend her for assisting me in such a manner. I am most certain, she is a huge asset to her company to provide the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you once again.
