I would like to lodge a formal complaint against Old Mutual. A policy was opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. Upon discovering this, I immediately reported the matter to Old Mutual and opened a ***** case. However, despite my efforts to follow up, I have not received any meaningful feedback or updates regarding the investigation. I am deeply concerned that a financial product was activated without my authorization, and I believe this matter requires urgent attention. I would appreciate it if Old Mutual could provide a clear update on the status of the ***** investigation, explain how the policy was opened, and confirm the steps being taken to resolve this issue.
