I would like to complement Coleen Aanhaizen,on the exceptional customer service. It has been a nightmare dealing with Old mutuals systems and processes that are not customer centric and do not put customers needs in the centre. Coleen has made the process of closing all my accounts and deleting my profile the most graceful thing I have ever done with you guys. I hope one day she is recruited by a company that will value her skills and abilities
