I went to the Saveways Centre Old Mutual branch to be assisted

I went to the Saveways Centre Old Mutual branch to be assisted. I received very rude and poor service from the branch manager of the place (Zinhle). I was busy with another consultant and then scanned a QR code to enquire about the home loan services, this is when the branch manager (Zinhle) told me that I can’t take any photos at the branch, I then explained that I am not taking a photo, but rather scanning the code so that I can have more information while the consultant was busy with my query. She then went back and forth and told me that a QR code is a photo, this was news to me as I was simply enquiring. While speaking, she walked out on me and didn’t pay attention to what I wanted to say. This behaviour is outrageous and so unprofessional, this is not customer service and the behaviour is not tolerated.
