I went to one of their Branches at Midrand for withdraw money from my investment policy

I went to one of their Branches at Midrand for withdraw money from my investment policy. I went there with my bank statement and my ID scanned and I received a message that I will be getting the money which is R900 is 3 days. Unfortunately I'm still waiting and I needed to use the money urgently. Tried calling them this afternoon but no one is coming to my rescue.
