<p>A old mutual consultant came to our work place and I enquired about investment and I was advised to open the investment account. I wanted to save money for 10 months because I wanted to use it in December. I asked if I can cancel anytime and the answer was yes but I was not told of cancellation fees so now I cancelled and was supposed to get 4000.00 because I was debited 400.00 for 10 months , now I received 2400.00 after being charged cancellation fees. I went to branches to get more information all throughout the whole year and no one advised of cancellation charges. I am unhappy with the service I received and thinking of cancelling my other plans too. Someone please contact me and fix my problem because I am now stressing because I got less cash than I budgeted</p>
