I was assisted by a Mr TIMOTHY OCKHUIS, a personal financial advisor that works in a Durbanville branch. I am an attorney and I requested documents on behalf of a mutual client of a policy that the client has with Old Mutual. Mr Ockhuis was professional, friendly and gave one the feeling that he enjoys assisting never mind how big or small the transaction is. He gave me the correct form to have filled out and thereafter provided me with the requested documents in record time. The best part of all, I have a feeling that what requested from him is not really his position or responsibility, but instead of handing me over to someone else, he quickly, effectively and in a pleasant manner assisted me.
