I WANT TO DISINVEST MY MONEY

i am the most unhappy person alive right now because of old mutual. i have been sending through my dis invest forms for almost two weeks now and when i can i get stories. 1st i was told that there are pages missing and i know for a fact there are no pages missing .2nd i resent the forms and supporting docs but the email address keeps bouncing back so i want to know what must happen who must suffer ME???? I have worked at old mutual before but as a client you guys are the worst service ever, i want to take all my business elsewhere , where they will jump when i need something and they are urgent with my queries. i am highly dissappointed and i wish i had not involved anyone with such a company. I WANT TO DIS INVEST ALL MY INVESTMENTS AND I AM GOING TO TAKE MY LIFE COVER ELSEWHERE...i am beyond angry i don't have time to be running after you guys do y'all think i don't have a life or a job to do ...i want feedback
