I WANT TO CANCEL

Good day,

I Called Old Mutual and poke to Matthew Tantaal, I called in to request to cancel the 2 educational plans that I took out for my sons.

Matthew then informs me that I have to fill in cancellation form which I do not have a problem with . He then also informed him that the following documents are needed from me:

My question to you is why were these documents not requested when I initially took out my cover. Your company was so quick to offer me cover and debit my account , now that I want to cancel my policy its now a hassle.

1. Certified copy of my ID (for what?), I don't mind sending just a copy because I don't see why i should waste my petrol and my time to get it certified. 2. my bank statement ( for what?) you were quick to debit my account on a monthly basis

3 .proof of address (for what?).

Old Mutual could you kindly please cancel my policy with immediate effect.
