I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH OLD MUTUAL EVER AGAIN

I have filled in a Section 14 Form to have my Retirement Annuity moved from Old Mutual to Alexander Forbes.<br> <br> It has taken Old Mutual 3 WEEKS to get back to me, and then still ask me to fill in the EXACT SAME FORM I FILLED IN 3 WEEKS AGO.<br> <br> Secondly, when i got divorced, i phoned Old Mutual to have my details changed... which, up until today HAS STILL NOT BEEN CHANGED.<br> <br> It has taken Alexander Forbes half an hour to contact me after i rep**** to Section 14's email they had sent me this morning requesting that i fill in the a Section 14 form AGAIN! Now that is service from Alexander Forbes!!!<br> <br> Old Mutual has been a head ache from hell, and i will NEVER recommend them.<br> <br> Old Mutual - Don't even bother phoning me, as not even your complaints department whom have been cc'd in my email have responded. You can deal with Alexander Forbes with regards to my Retirement Annuity. You people just boil my blood.
