I want MY transfer of Funds Done

I have changed employer and have notified Old Mutual in January 2018 to move the funds to the new Fund BUT Old Mutual has every excuse not to do so. First there was an issue with the ROT form, yet the details of the consultant was provided. Now they want to investigate a divorce from 2010 and require the divorce order, YET they paid my Ex...do they keep records of documents or even understand the process...which I questioned but I am still to receive a response.
