I want my refund

I've been dealing with a guy by the name of Mpho in Kempton Park branch (Festival Mall). I asked him for a refund since they deducted twice for the same policy (life cover) after updating the premium. He told me that Old Mutual doesn't do refunds.

I can't pay twice for the same policy, so I want my refund please. The double deduction went through on 25 May 2021.
