I want my refund
I opened a policy in 2012-05-21 69286N***, 2017-03-07 69285P***, and 2015-09-25 69286P***. All these policies deducted on my payslip but I received a call August from the call center saying that my policies lapsed 2024. I was surprised because these policies were still deducting on my payslip. I first visited the branch on 15/08/2025 but there was no resolution, I then submitted a complaint on 28/08/2025 still no resolution. I would like to request a refund for all the premiums deducted because I really disappointed. Even my family is now not covered because of this negligence.
