I WANT MY PROVIDENT FUND

Hellopeter assist me here I was working for Lewis stores as a Store Manager decided to resign on the 3rd of October 2022, now I submitted my withdrawal for my provident funds on the 23rd as they sent me an email stating that u should submit it. I received an automated response from their Lewis provident fund saying they received my email that was it. I have been making follow-up calls no response, as I know it provident fund takes 14 to 21days but there has been nothing. Umbrella stand alone, Old mutual, Lewis Stores are not responding to any of the emails nor calls I make. I need my provident fund money as I'm suppose to go for a surgery that's why I decided to resign in the 1st place There's nothing being done they are not communicating they are doing nothing. Assist me please in this matter cause the company I worked for is not helping also. This has got to be the worst experience ever.
