I WANT MY PRESCRIPTION LETTER !!
So OLD MUTUAL to date you have not provided me with my prescription letter of my prescribed account, instead you have listed me!! I'm done talking... this letter better be in my inbox by Monday the 24th June if not, i am reporting you to everyone and anyone who will listen...i have on more than one occasion requested for this and you have ignored all requests...you have my details i will be waiting for this letter it not then FSB OMBUDS will deal with you!!
