I want my payout
I went to a branch in Jubilee mall to put a claim on my early retirement annuity and the consultant was rude telling me that I shouldn't come back until I receive an sms to say that I should submit the documents, even today 5 days later I haven’t received the sms. I turned 55 and I want my money. The consultant said that I will get the payout in 3 months. I need urgent assistance on this.
