I want my money from old mutual

Hello Peter I have an Retirement with Old mutual but 2018 I became disabled I had stroke and I also lost my eye sight, I was working for a school as a teacher, I was not granted medical boarding by department of Education and my principal advice me to resign because there was no other way, I went to Old mutual to claim and was told by a consultant that if I submit affidavit, doctors letter etc... I will get my early retirement the head office was called infront of me and they confirmed I will get my claim but now I am being told I won't get it because I was not boarded at work they need a medical boarding letter, I've complaint and told them I submitted the resignation letter instead because it the only letter I have and I've been using the very same letter to claim to other policies, I want my money I am not asking for a loan here but the money I've invested all these years, I'm not working and I want to go on with life and provide for my kids... They have no right to say NO for my money
