I want my money

Old mutual don't have customer service. I have close my investment and education fund. So now I have to get my money back it's a problem I have send the document that they wanted nothing . I was advice to go to they office in vosloorus. The 1st time they said they thermometer it's not working. Then I when to carnival mall they said the system it's not working. She went on said to me the 1st nine people were assisted, I should wake up early if I want to be assisted.Then I tryed on line again I was still not assisted they was no respond try to go to vosloorus office again it was closed and again and now again monday this week it was closed. today it was open but off line at vosloorus I have spend money to go to old mutual and they don't seem to care I have to understand that they are offline. I took leave to fix this thing but still I am not asstisted.
