I want my money!!!

On the 29 July 2021 I tried to withdraw R2000 at the ATM. Then the screen went off and the was a message that says Temporary of service. after that I received a message that says R2000 was withdrawn. Then I went to the nearest breach and she told me that she can see the money and she called the head office to reverse the money. And I also called them on the 2 Aug 2021 and this guy says he can see the money but they still have to investigate. Now it’s been 10 days I haven’t received my money. I work at a retail store and R2000 is half of my salary and now I’m short of taxi fee.
