I want my money.

What exactly do i need to do to get my money back? I had a retirement annuity that i cancelled and requested my funds back, and i still have not received them. Its been over 10 working days and you are quiet. I have been to two different branches, i have called countless times and i am still waiting for my money. Please advice what it is need to do to get my money.
