I want my money back

Old Mutual. Reference number: CEB***. Not very happy with the service from #OldMutual. By accident paid money into the wrong account in Nov... after numerous mails back and forth failing to have it corrected eventually went into a branch to submit all relevant documents it's March now and monies still have not been paid back! Old Mutual South Africa Extremely disappointed with this!!! Email correspondence is not great and trying to get through on the lines are a struggle! 😡
