I want my money back

I took out a life cover with old mutual ,since July they are deducting but I had recieved an email indicating that my policy had lapsed,how come had it lapsed ,I have proof that they are deducting, I've called them but no one seems to know what happened, what was going to happen if I had to pass away knowing that I have a life cover ,meaning that my family was going to suffer whereas old mutual is deducting my money, I regret joining this company and I wouldn't advice anyone to join old mutual because they are robbing people
