i want my money back

Good Day<br> <br> I have a policy witch i opened 2014 investment i was never advised how the policy works it has a pocket or whatever you call it i want all of my premiums i have paid since day one i went to withdraw yesterday i was told i can only withdraw R1200.00 which i found it insulting so please if you want customers not to complain advised them of the product till today I'm still waiting for the contract i never got so please i need all my premiums have paid no discussions im so frustrated i trusted you my debit oders go off on time monthly never missed a payment and now this i what i get from you so please every cent and don't tell me about terms and conditions since i don't have them i asked for them more than enough i never got them please i want my money back no discussion please<br> <br> ***<br> ***<br>
