I want my money

i cancelled my education policy on the 9th January 2016 and was given a turnaroud time of 5 working days. I'ts now 6 days and i'm still waiting on pay out of my money. I called them this morning and was now told told that i have to wait another 5 working days. School started last week and my children still don't have any stationary yet. i had to borrow money to buy school shoes as a result of this. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE PAY BACK MY MONEY!<br> I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO TAKE OUT A POLICY WITH THEM.
