I want my money

I went to Old Mutual Branch in Balfour Park on the 28/12/2015 to do a partial withdrawal from my group scheme policy. I was told it will take 5 working days to reflect in my account as I told them that I need the funds for school fees for my daughter.5 days later there were still no funds...I called the call center was told my money will be paid by 04/01/2016 there was no payment the 6th I called spoke to a lady who told me I must wait for 9 more days for my debit order of the policy to reflect at the bank but they took their debit order on the 18/12/2016 by now they do have my money which the lady confirmed. WHY THE HELL DO I NOT HAVE MY MONEY THEY KEEP TELLING ME STORIES! I AM NOT ASKING FOR A LOAN I AM WITHDRAWING MY MONEY AND YET I CANNOT HAVE IT!!! my daughter cannot be accepted back to class till I pay school fees we are still waiting for the funds to be sent to my account this is truly **** SERVICE FROM OLDMUTUAL!!!! TILL NOW I STILL WAIT FOR MY MONEY WITCH WAS WITHDRAWN MORE THAN 16 DAYS AGO!I DONT THINK ILL BE TAKING ANY MORE PRODUCTS FROM OLDMUTUAL AND AM MOVING WHAT EVER I HAVE TO SOMEONE ELSE
