i want my money

on wednesday the 2nd of december i went to old mutual wonderpark to cancel my two 2 in 1 investments.on thursday the 3rd i received an sms telling me it has been processed and money will b available in 3 working days.i only received 1300 for one policy on the 8th.why do you give me my money in bits and pieces.today is day 11 and im still waiting for the rest of my money.please stop treating me like im borrowing that money.n the money i saved in total is about 4000 n i only receive 2300.hw much are your interests..i have a policy that us supposed to start deducting in february please cancel it.im not doing any more business with you.im waisting my airtime calling everyday to be told its been processed.2 weeks to process?im dissapointed.i want answers
