I WANT MY MONEY.

Around July 2025 I posted a complaint about old mutual. TO DATE IT REMAINS UNRESOLVED. Karin Keytel called me after I posted the review and was shocked that my Liberty Life advisor had been emailing her department for months and got no response. But now Karin Keytel herself is just the same snd from my understanding she is a manager. How pathetic is all this. Unbelievable how useless the old mutual is. I would like my issue solved ASAP. Honestly it cannot take a damn year. Old Mutual should employ people capable of doing their job right instead of being all talk. I WANT MY MONEY. This hold up from old mutual is COSTING ME LOSSES TO MY INVESTMENT AND THE FINALISATION OF MY PLANNING TOWARDS MY RETIREMENT. This is THEFT to me
