I want a statement of my premiums since inception

I've had an investment with Old Mutual since 2014. I just want a statement of the premiums I've been paying since inception. I was told today when I went to the branch in Bellville that you are unable to provide anything like that. Why is this? Other investment companies can do this, why is Old Mutual unable to do so? I want to see what has happended to my money over the past 4 years. There has to be a way to do this, this is my money.
