I took an investment policy with old mutual, unfortunately when I tracked my policy on their app my investment was decreasing and I was running at a loss. Even the monthly contributions that was expected were less than the actual contributed amount. I cancelled the policy immediately on the app as they were not operating at the branch due to electricity issues, at the moment the stop order for the policy is still active but the policy was cancelled old mutual is failing to cancel and deactivate the stop order.
