I submitted my superfund claim on the 30th of September and I was paid a portion of the funds because of this whole two port thing

I submitted my superfund claim on the 30th of September and I was paid a portion of the funds because of this whole two port thing .Fine that I understood I received this payment on the 18th of October and received a sma that the rest of the funds would be disinvested within 3 to 5 days after that I called in after the 9th day and was advised to wait a week which I did to my surprise I called in again today to enquire and was told that they was no movement since the first payment and the funds were not disinvested and that a escalation would be done .I am in so much pain because I have to pay school fees by next week or I won't write my final exams .I hate old mutual, not me calling in again like a stupid asking to speak to complaints and my call being disconnected 3 times .
