I submitted a claim two weeks back and I'm the one who seems to be doing all the calls last time a got a SMS was when they requested outstanding documents and I sent it to them but I kept on receiving sms's requesting the same documents

I submitted a claim two weeks back and I'm the one who seems to be doing all the calls last time a got a SMS was when they requested outstanding documents and I sent it to them but I kept on receiving sms's requesting the same documents.I called in enquiring about the SMS which they confirmed that they have received it and the claim will be going to processing after that nothing has been said till to date.My last call to them was on Monday which they said I should be expecting a call from them but no call has been made.I'm really disappointed about this experience as I have experienced it before when they paid that claim after a month.I have lots of policies with them which I think need to moved as I cannot stress over a claim being paid or not.
